Do I need experience in music production or music theory

No. You don’t need any experience. We start from scratch. No musical training? No problem. You’ll learn everything step by step.

What do i need (gear)

Laptop (with adapter), Ableton Live 12 (Suite version for optimal results) and headphones. Optional: audio interface & MIDI keyboard. We only work with Ableton Live devices, including samples and teaching materials (samples, practice sessions). You do not need to purchase anything extra.

No. This course is 100% focused on Ableton Live 12.
Switching from Logic Pro / FL Studio / DAW is easy, and you will receive the full Suite version for free.

What if I can't attend a session?

No worries: every session is recorded.
You can review everything and still participate in the assignments.

What do the session look like?

Every week, you will receive three hours of live lessons (in the studio or online). Theory and practice alternate. You will start making music right away, no dry explanations.

What genres are covered?

The focus is on electronic music, but the universal techniques can be applied to pop, hip hop, techno, house, drum & bass, etc.

How much time should I set aside each week?

Allow for 6 to 8 hours per week for the live session, assignments and independent practice. This is not a “content binge”. You will be building music. That way, you will get the most out of the course.

We work with a maximum of 12 students. During each lesson, there is time for feedback and questions. There are also one-to-one coaching sessions (plus and elite) in which we focus on your music and progress.

What if I want to continue growing after 18 weeks?

A follow-up programme is available: The Release Engine. Alternatively, you may opt for individual coaching.
